Usually, the Artwork Proof is shared within 24 hours after Order confirmation. Artwork can be changed as many times as possible until Artwork proof has been approved. Please note that Multiple revisions can delay in hands date. (MZ MINILFE is not responsible to cover rush charges to meet original in hands date). If Virtual proof is needed before Purchase order is placed, please email vector artwork to [email protected] with details such as product color and imprint color.

Tracking numbers are always notified by email when the orders are shipped. If you are looking for an update on your order, please contact us.

If you want to make changes to an order, please reach out immediately. Please note that you will likely incur production charges if the order already in Production in case any production changes are requested. We strongly recommend to scrutinize the Artwork Proof before approving.

We can provide better pricing for large quantity requirements. Also, we waive setup charges for orders with more than certain quantity for each product. For less than minimum quantity orders, we may be able to offer special pricing depending product type. Please reach out for more information.
